  • Affidavits & Declarations:

    We offer Commissioner of Oaths services. Call, 905-639-7924, first to arrange an appointment. There is no fee.

  • Congratulatory Certificates: MPP Natalie Pierre offers congratulatory certificates for residents in Burlington celebrating a significant anniversary, birthday or other special occasions.
    Some examples of Congratulatory certificates include: 
    • Birthday (80 years or more)
    • Marriage Anniversaries (40 years or more)
    • Anniversaries of Private Companies
    • Anniversaries of Non-Profit Service or Social Clubs and Religious Groups
    • Retirement (25 years or more)
    • Retirement- Military (15 years or more)

    Congratulatory certificates are also available from the Premier's office for a milestone birthday, wedding anniversary, retirement or the anniversary of your organization.
  • Pins & Flags: We offer Ontario flags, Trillium Pins, Ontario crest pins and Canadian flag pins for group events or for individual constituents. These items are available during regular office hours. 
  • Invite Natalie to attend a community event either in person or online.
