Office Services
MPP Natalie Pierre’s constituency office helps residents connect to Ontario government programs, services and local resources. Commissioner of Oaths services (affidavits and declarations) are available by appointment.
Affidavits & Declarations:
Commissioner of Oaths services are available. For information or to arrange an appointment, call 905-639-7924.
Congratulatory Certificates:
Congratulatory certificates are available for Burlington residents celebrating significant or milestone occasions.
Congratulatory certificates may include:
- Birthday (80 years or more)
- Marriage Anniversaries (40 years or more)
- Anniversaries of Private Companies
- Anniversaries of Non-Profit Service or Social Clubs and Religious Groups
- Retirement (25 years or more)
- Retirement- Military (15 years or more)
Congratulatory certificates are also available from the Premier’s office for a milestone birthday, wedding anniversary, retirement or the anniversary of your organization.
Pins & Flags:
Ontario pins and flags are available at the office upon request. Burlington residents may email or call the office to order and arrange pickup.
